What is ZATCA Phase 2?

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) mandates that businesses issue e-invoices in the standardized XML format (FATOORA). Phase 2 (integration) requires real-time clearance or reporting of invoices.

How MindNoded complies

All paid transactions on MindNoded generate ZATCA-compliant invoices with the required fields: seller VAT number, buyer information, line items, and VAT amount at 15%. Invoices are issued in XML and PDF format.

Your invoice

After each successful payment, you will receive a PDF invoice by email. B2B buyers can request XML-format invoices for their accounting systems. Contact billing@mindnoded.com.

VAT registration

MindNoded is registered for VAT in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. VAT at 15% applies to all subscriptions and platform fees per ZATCA guidelines.
