What is PDPL?
The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree M/19) governs how organizations collect, store, process, and share personal data of Saudi residents and citizens.
Our commitment
MindNoded collects only the data necessary to provide the platform. We do not sell personal data. We store data on servers within compliant jurisdictions. All third-party processors sign data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under PDPL, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to retention obligations), object to processing, and file a complaint with the National Data Management Office (NDMO).
