1. Acceptance of terms

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require a parent or guardian to provide consent. Teachers and coaches must be 18 or older. — DRAFT PLACEHOLDER
3. Teacher obligations
Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content they publish. Plagiarism, misleading credentials, and violations of Saudi law are grounds for immediate account suspension. — DRAFT PLACEHOLDER
4. Payments and fees
Platform fees are deducted at payout time (20% Starter, 10% Pro). VAT at 15% is added to all applicable transactions per Saudi Arabia tax law. Payouts occur monthly on the 5th with a SAR 500 minimum. — DRAFT PLACEHOLDER
5. Refund policy
Students may request a refund within 14 days of course enrollment if less than 20% of the course has been completed. Tutoring sessions follow the cancellation policy in the booking terms. — DRAFT PLACEHOLDER
6. Prohibited conduct
Users may not harass, abuse, or threaten other users; share copyrighted content without permission; attempt to circumvent platform fees; or use the platform for any illegal purpose under Saudi or international law. — DRAFT PLACEHOLDER
7. Governing law
